It seems we've had an endless (and endlessly fun) Halloween season this year. The real day finally arrived and brought parties at school along with torrential rain. We waited it out, though, and still made a trip around the neighborhood!
Breakfast: Chocolate chip pancakes!
Josephine is read for her school party.
Let's make some sugar cookie cutouts while we wait out the rain!
Wow. Longest. Halloween. Ever. I am not complaining. It is awesome that we've had so many Halloween happenings this season. But... we're not even there yet, and we have more candy than we can eat. Today we did the Halloween walk in our business district (might as well try out the local stuff since we're new here!). It was also a fundraising night for preschool at Chik-fil-a. I'm glad we did it all... and glad to be home.
Josephine's preschool field trip to our local farmer's market was cancelled because of possible bad weather, but since it didn't come, we went after school instead!
We took a family trip to the Museum of Transportation. It was our first time, and it was fun! I wish we'd known that people were dressing up in costume. The kids kept reprimanding us for not bringing theirs. *sigh*
What a crew!
Learning about brakes.
Ready to ride!
You'd be surprised if this guy was riding in your milk car!
